Phoenix Springs High School သည် ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီပညာရေးစံနှုန်းများနှင့်အညီ ကျောင်းအဆင့် ကိုယ်ပိုင်ပြဋ္ဌာန်းခွင့်ရှိသော ပညာရေးစနစ်တစ်ခုကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

စနစ်တကျရှိပြီး အပြန်အလှန် လေးစားမှုရှိသော အွန်လိုင်းစာသင်ခန်း ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာစေရန် ကျောင်းသားတိုင်း ကျောင်းစည်းကမ်းများကို မပျက်မကွက် လိုက်နာရမည်။ ကျောင်းသားများသည် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Live စာသင်ချိန်များသို့ အချိန်မှန်တက်ရောက်ရန် တာဝန်ရှိပြီး၊ ပျက်ကွက်ရန်ရှိပါက မိဘကိုယ်တိုင် ကြိုတင်ခွင့်တိုင်ကြားရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။ အွန်လိုင်းစာသင်ခန်းအတွင်း ရောက်ရှိနေစဉ် လိုအပ်ပါက ကင်မရာကို ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားရမည့်အပြင်၊ ကျောင်းသူ၊ ကျောင်းသားနှင့်သင့်လျော်ယဉ်ကျေးသော အဝတ်အစားကို ဝတ်ဆင်ထားရမည်။ စာသင်ချိန်အတွင်း Chat box ကို သင်ခန်းစာနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော ဆွေးနွေးမှုများအတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ နှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် စည်းကမ်းချိုးဖောက်ခြင်းများ ရှိလာပါက သတိပေးခြင်းမှသည် မိဘနှင့်တွေ့ဆုံခြင်းနှင့် ကျောင်းထုတ်ခြင်းအထိ စည်းကမ်းအတိုင်း အဆင့်ဆင့် အရေးယူ ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

အွန်လိုင်းကျောင်းသားတစ်ဦးအနေဖြင့် ကျောင်းက ထောက်ပံ့ပေးထားသော နည်းပညာနှင့် သင်ကြားရေးစနစ်များကို ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာကိစ္စများအတွက် အလွဲသုံးစားမပြုဘဲ စနစ်တကျ အသုံးပြုရန် လိုအပ်သည်။ ကျောင်းသားတိုင်းဖွဲ့စည်းပေးထားသော သင်ကြားရေး Group များကို သင်ကြားရေးနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သောကိစ္စရပ်များအတွက်သာ သုံးစွဲရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Group အတွင်းပြင်ပလူများအား ထည့်သွင်းခြင်း၊ သင်ခန်းစာနှင့်မသက်ဆိုင်သော စာများ၊ ရုပ်ပုံများနှင့် အခြားသောအရာများကို ရေးသားခြင်း၊ ပေးပို့ခြင်း ဖော်ပြခြင်း လုံးဝမပြုရပါ။ ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အိမ်စာများနှင့် စာမေးပွဲများ ဖြေဆိုရာတွင် အင်တာနက်မှ တိုက်ရိုက်ကူးချခြင်း (Plagiarism) သို့မဟုတ် AI Tools များကို မရိုးမသား အသုံးပြု၍ လိမ်လည်ခြင်းများကို တင်းကျပ်စွာ တားမြစ်သည်။ ထို့အပြင် အွန်လိုင်းသင်ကြားမှုတွင် အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စေရန်အတွက် ကျောင်းသားတိုင်းတွင် မိုဘိုလ်းဖုန်း၊ ကွန်ပျူတာ (သို့မဟုတ်) Tablet နှင့် တည်ငြိမ်သော အင်တာနက်လိုင်း (Internet Connection) ကို ကိုယ်ပိုင်အစီအစဉ်ဖြင့် အမြဲတမ်း အဆင်သင့် ပြင်ဆင်ထားရမည် ဖြစ်သည်။

As a community-founded school established by education activists under the principle of the “Right to Education” to prevent children of school age from losing educational opportunities, it strives to implement educational initiatives guided by Inclusive Education, Public Education, and Peace Education.

To ensure efficient school operations, define decision-making authority, and realize a federal democratic education system, establishing a clear School Administrative Council Policy is essential. Accordingly, this policy was formulated by a School Establishment Committee comprising education activists and educational specialists, taking into account sectoral inputs and recommendations.

1. The School Governing Board

The School Governing Board is the primary leadership body established to oversee the school’s long-term development, educational sustainability, and financial management across all areas. Composed of educational strategists, IT advisors, and administrative members, the board ensures that all curriculum updates, academic quality assurance, and key policy revisions are approved strictly through consensus. Furthermore, to secure continuous improvement and sustainability, the board transparently reviews feedback from parents, teachers, and students to keep institutional policies updated and relevant.

2. Academic Quality Policy

Although operating as an online learning platform, the school aims to deliver academic standards that surpass traditional brick-and-mortar schools. The curriculum is built upon international standards and national educational frameworks, designed with a digital architecture optimized for effective online learning. In terms of instruction, experienced and qualified teachers are recruited and trained not only in their respective subjects but also in digital pedagogy. Student performance is assessed comprehensively—moving away from rote memorization toward monthly assignments, practical projects, and well-designed online examinations.

3. School Rules & Regulations

To cultivate an orderly and respectful online classroom environment, all students must adhere strictly to school rules:

Attendance: Students are required to attend scheduled live classes punctually. Any absence must be reported in advance by a parent or guardian.
Classroom Etiquette: Students must turn on their cameras when requested and dress in neat, appropriate student attire during live sessions.
Chat Usage & Discipline: The in-class chat box is reserved strictly for academic discussions. Any disruptions or policy violations will result in tiered disciplinary actions, ranging from formal warnings to parent-teacher conferences and expulsion.

4. Child Safeguarding & Safety Policy

The psychological and physical well-being of our students is the school’s utmost priority. Cyberbullying, mockery, discrimination, and intimidation are strictly prohibited across all online platforms, chat channels, and school social media groups. The personal information, contact numbers, and academic records of students and parents are protected by high-standard cybersecurity measures to prevent data breaches. Students who experience any discomfort, harassment, or boundary violations are encouraged to report directly and confidentially to their class teachers or the disciplinary committee.

5. Information Technology / Acceptable Use Policy

Online students are expected to use school-provided technology and platforms responsibly without misusing them for personal matters:

Platform Conduct: Designated study groups must be used solely for academic purposes. Adding unauthorized outside members or sharing off-topic text, images, or media is strictly forbidden.
Academic Integrity: Direct plagiarism from the internet or unauthorized, dishonest use of AI tools on assignments and exams is strictly prohibited.
Technical Readiness: To ensure an uninterrupted learning experience, each student is responsible for maintaining personal access to a functioning device (mobile phone, computer, or tablet) and a stable internet connection.
